Most orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days.

We recommend adding to your address book, so you receive any important notifications regarding your order.

Items may be discontinued without prior notification.  

When purchasing items from Mango Mage™, you agree we will not be held responsible for any personal or property damage/injury associated with the use of our products. Incense, fragrance oils, stones and other similar items should always be handled with care.

With the exception of the Folkmanis® puppets items listed for sale by Mango Mage are not intended for use by children 15 or under.   

Pre-Orders:
The majority of items we sell are in-stock and ready to ship.  However, a few select items will require an extra 1-2 weeks before shipping.  These items are listed as Pre-Orders.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, the mobile version of our store only shows the Pre-Order status on the item description page.  It is indicated by a yellow bar stating This item is available for pre-order only.  The desktop version of our website clearly indicates an item's Pre-Order status on the order button, item description, and in the shopping cart.  

Most pre-orders are contained within the Stones & Crystals categories.

Looking for an item we don't have listed?

Stones & Crystals: If we don't have the specific stone you desire, please send us an email detailing what you are looking for.  (Name, size, condition -- tumbled, mineral specimen, shape, etc.)  What is available on our website is just a small portion of the wonderful selection of stones & crystals we have access to.

Wire-Wrapped Stone Pendants:  Just like the stones & crystals, what is on our website is just the tip of the iceberg!  Send us the name of a stone, and we'll tell you if it is available as a wire-wrap.

 Custom-made Jewelry:  Maybe you want a wire-wrapped pendant strung on a necklace of matching stones.  ...or post earrings converted to clip or nickel-free.  ... or even just having the pendant your getting your boyfriend strung on a leather suede lacing necklace!  Luckily, we have our own jewelry designer (Angela) in house!  Simply email for more information :)  Please include as many details as possible, since that allows us to make the most accurate time/cost estimate.
