Madagascar Celestial (Pinapple) Quartz Natural Terminated Crystal

This beautiful white Madagascar Celestial Quartz crystal weighs approximately 90 grams, and is slightly over 2 1/2" long x 1 1/4" tall.  Comes with a handcrafted name card.

Celestial Quartz, also known as Pinapple Quartz, is a silicon dioxide mineral with a hardness of 7.  Its crystal system is hexagonal (trigonal.)  It has an unusual characteristic of forming hundreds of tiny terminations all over the body of the main crystal, parallel to the axis of the main crystal body and usually pointing in the same direction as the main crystal termination.  Most Celestial Quartz has been found in Madagascar, but good specimens have also been collected in Romania.

Mystic Lore: Intuitive sources say that Madagascar Celestials hold a great deal of information, and they can also be used as access keys to fields of information not held directly within them.  When working with the White Celestials, one may sense a connection to a vast history, but that history seems to exist beyond the Earth plane, perhaps in higher dimensions or simply in other parts of the Universe.  White Celestials can be used to help people make contact with the higher planes.
